The managers don't communicate with eachother and assume the worst of employees. They do not take concerns of employees seriously. Training is not adequate for everything job entails. There is no 401 match and they do not offer raises. This job will exploit you and make you do jobs that aren't expected of you like cover for nurses. This also puts patients and license at risk. They also make you pay for parking. Make sure you get an offer letter in writing.
