Stay there too much and your brain will melt and creativity and self confidence will die, you'll never get recognize, the big boss has his ego as big as it gets with no skills or actual knowledge, completely profit driven, no regard for real quality, it is just about getting as much done as fast as you can with no regard of your time or personal life.
