Vantaggi

The only reason I am writing in the Pro section was it forced me to at least write a 5 word minimum.

Svantaggi

Where do I start...I worked for the this company for several years. It has taken me this long to write a review because I just assumed all recruiting agencies were the same. And boy was I wrong. Robert Half absolutely do not care about their employees. The saying "what have you done for me lately" absolutely represents Robert Half management. Instead of letting go of a poor manager they just move them to a new state or city and cover it up. By far one of the worst companies I have every worked for in my life. Only reason I stayed was the people I worked with and because I EARNED "not given" EARNED a solid living building rapport and ultimately built a great client base. They have had complete turn over in the St. Louis, MO office. When the CEO was coming to our office it was as thought the Pope was coming to visit. We repainted the office, vacuumed the IT closet and had to make sure there was no dust on the light fixtures. I thought I would have to kiss his ring when he walked in. The inner workings in the office is absolute dog eat dog. If you are thinking about joining the firm run far, far away! Don't do what I did I drank the Koolaid for way too long.

Not much to say here, unfortunately.

Svantaggi

In the technology practice, the unwillingness to adapt to a rapidly changing market can no longer be ignored. Too many decisions continue to be justified by the mindset of "this is the way we've always done things," even when those approaches are becoming less effective or counter-productive. While competitors evolve their business models, recruiting strategies, and client engagement practices, continues to be reluctant to challenge long-standing processes and assumptions. The impact of this resistance to change is becoming increasingly visible in the market. Clients and candidates have more options than ever before, and perceptions of the organization are being shaped by experiences that no longer align with current expectations. Without a willingness to listen to feedback and embrace new approaches, there is a real risk of causing lasting damage to the company's reputation, employee retention, and long-term competitiveness.
