Opportunities to earn more money. Good benefits. Right now there are more negatives than positive reasons to work at RHI, probably because of the high turnover at this time. I am working harder and being very positive in this tough time we're in now.

Too much turnover. It's very hard to grow a business when I am always working with a new partner or new manager. Management must see employee's work ethic and loyalty above what the numbers show, especially in the economy we're in now. Employees who are loyal most often listen to management's request as opposed to the employees who are selfish and not the team players, although they typically make more money for the company.
