Great training ground for "corporate America". Learned a lot about dealing with people, business in general, sales and marketing skills, resilience... RHI is a well known and respected brand. A lot of companies recognize that if you can be successful there, you can be successful any place else.

It is very rigid-very navy suit enviornment. You are only as good as your last deal. Not a lot of flexibility with schedules, time off, daytime appointments, etc. Employees do not feel valued. Many people walk away with a bad taste because it is often billed as HR or accounting when it truly is a sales position, no matter how you spin it.
