Handling tier 1 companies. - fast forwarded company with AI usage - bosses are very patience as they wants to grow individual excellence in each members. Other agency has a hire and fire approach, whereas this agency focus on building your career with them for long term. - teach you how to treat candidates and clients very well. - good benefits such as eating with family time off, annual leave.

Svantaggi

- As professional services is the core of the company, they are sometimes too rigid in these fast moving market. Example there is no 1 way of handling cases, so sometimes they have a lot of restrictions in terms of rates or even type of clients to work with.
