Robert Half is a great environment for working with some of the most talented recruiters and genuinely changed my life, There are lots of ethical and heavily invested leaders who look after their people. It is a fun place to work, there is a genuine career path, the office culture is amazing, you receive lots of coaching, perks and are paid well if you work hard.

You need to be prepared to work hard, be patient as it takes time to build deep relationships with clients and be team-orientated.
