I agree that it's important to listen to our people, but I disagree with your comment that we don't support our people based on-site. While we may not have got everything right all of the time as we've grown so rapidly in recent years, we have invested heavily in providing the support that our people need. The full benefits of that investment might take time to embed, but we're committed to ensuring our people have the best support and the best performance review mechanism possible.
