7yHi - thanks for your review. It raises some interesting points but also seems to suggest that there's both a good team culture and a bad one. I'm concerned by the assertion that promotions are not awarded on merit alone - these are serious allegations and I would be very interested to hear more detail, including examples, so I can investigate. We absolutely do not condone such behaviour, but I can't do much until I know more about the specifics. Similarly with your comments about talent - I would be keen to know of specific examples, which might then help me understand if these are true, one-off instances, or part of a bigger issue across the business.
