Failed recruiters who want to kick back and go on an ego trip. Generally don’t promote as don’t like to give pay increases. Negative and demoralising environment. One too many career climbing bullies who have cozied up with decision makers to get to where they are. Favouritism is a thing. Health and well-being - it’s just words, great ideas they just need to actually implement it to all levels of the business not just those at the top. Salary and commission - Terrible, well below market standard. RS made so many people redundant over Covid and treated those left behind so badly, people are over worked and teams are far too lean, no wonder there is a mass exodus and now struggling to hire. Major client losses paint a bleak picture for the future of RS. Overall RS had been a great place to work but they have lost their way. When did people just become numbers?
