I agree with your pros, we have worked hard to build a market-leading brand in the market, built upon the delivery of exceptional service to clients and candidates consistently year-on-year. I’m glad you valued the best in class training you received, we are really proud that it truly sets up our consultants for a successful and long-term career in recruitment. However, I was disappointed to read your critique. It’s true that, at our core, we’re a commercial organisation and we set high expectations for our team, but a lot of the KPIs that you mention are common in the recruitment industry, and we’re committed to offering our people a collaborative and supportive environment where they can do their best work. These team-based values are also at the heart of our team-based profit share model, which is unique in the industry and allows us to reward people for their whole contribution to the team, not just billings. I also don’t know where you got that figure about our turnover rate, but I assure you that ours is much lower than that, and, indeed, is even lower than the average.
