      I was working in RS for 2 years in client's house. It was a great professional and personal experience. Rs is really focused in procedures and they gave me a lot of training. The team was the best ever.

      As I was not in the offices and I wasn't based in London, sometimes we felt isolate and we need to ask for local support.

      The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers
