6yWe're sorry your overall experience at Robin wasn't a positive one. To address some of your concerns, the minimum work hours requirement at the time of your review was 18-20 hours per week and pay, even before the profit sharing, did not max out at $9.50. But since then, we've implemented even more improvements in pay structure, added work-from-home, and we hope to do away with any sort of hours minimum in the near future.
In regards to HIPAA violations, the Robin office is a fully HIPAA-compliant, secure facility. Additionally, anyone who enters the building has been through extensive HIPAA training by a third party credentialing service, a certification which is renewed annually. There a many, many security measures in place from a technological standpoint as well. We take the protection of PHI very seriously and have had no reports of potential violations at any location. If you truly believe you saw witnessed a HIPAA violation, you are compelled to report it to your supervisor or you can reach out to hr@robinhealthcare.com.
