1. HR is very BAD and immature. I don't know how people have not been held accountable for some terrible decisions and obvious bias. 2. There are no real diversity and inclusion initiatives, only tick box exercises for social media clout. 3. There are too many scenarios where junior individuals hold up teams because of incompetence in higher ranks. 4. ^these people are continually undervalued and underpaid. I've watched some of our best BAs & Developers walk away because of this and the people hired to replace them just don't compare.

• Regular expectation to work beyond contracted hours, largely due to poor resourcing, capability gaps and promises of payrises or promotions. • A proportion of delivery consultants had limited experience with the technology, which caused challenges delivering projects. • Feedback sometimes focused on what was “wrong” without clear upfront expectations or guidance on what “good” looked like. • Continued focus on reducing costs through hiring lower cost resources, which impacted delivery stability and morale. • Culture could feel cliquey. • Changes to pay conditions created uncertainty and affected trust. • Pattern of employees leaving or exiting around probation, raising concerns about retention and long-term people strategy.
