Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear that your experience with us left you with a bad opinion about RobotShop management team. It is true that we have many projects going on as we are very ambitious and have great projects in the pipeline. We feel that for most of our employees this is energizing and are sorry to see that you didn't feel that way. We agree that we had some staff movement in the last year, slightly higher than the low turnover rate we were used to (but still within normal turnover rates in the industry). We can assure you that we take this matter seriously and this is why, among other things, we do exit interviews. Although, it would be delusional to think everybody can fit or be happy in our culture, our intention is to make RobotShop one of the best places to work!
