It is a company which has no vision, mission and strategy. They are just surviving on some legacy accounts. Infrastructure is outdated and office is located at a shady place - behind an illegal aftermarket. Appraisal system and process is very outdated, but don't why they take pride in that. Promotions and salary hikes are need based. If you are working on a dedicated account and if the company needs you, it will go up to any extent you to retain you because they are not able to attract resources easily. Attrition is high, 25-30% per year. No major benefits offered by the company. Work-wise it is just ok. The management even doesn't know that their competitors are doing high quality complex work. You might end up doing database creation or list generation work most of the times. No one is interested in your career. You will find the most mediocre management at Rocsearch as they have become the part of management not by merit by certain advantages they enjoyed in the past, and as i said it is need based as well. Strictly beware of old horses as they feed news inside the management's cabin, and the management will do your appraisal based on that. overall, joining rocsearch is a trap and avoid it. Trust me you will not regret!!!
