Completely disorganized. Management micromanages. Sales promises and set Operations up for failure. They have unrealistic expectations.

Company van with paid gas, insurance

Growing too quickly, and they aren't ready or prepared on an organizational level Company does not provide benefits. Worked long hours and travel was too much Pay not efficient in accordance to the hours and work that was put in paid lower hourly wage for travel which was majority of my week Management was not located in US. Getting assistance was stressful.
