We understand that the often-conflicting demands of work and personal life can be a major source of stress. The key to creating work-life balance is to set expectations that are reasonable for you. For many of us, the harmony between our work and life outside of work is dynamic, with some days and weeks when we are in better harmony and other times when things are not where we want them to be.
We would encourage you to discuss your concerns with your local manager or HRBP in order to come up with a plan that helps you better balance both your work and outside-of-work life.
The benefits are good so far just like any other company

Terrible managers
Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out.
Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
