Our compensation policy is focused on the promotion of strong performance, profit sharing, fairness and transparency in payment decisions as well as ensuring a balance between base salary and performance benefits. We continuously measure our benefits packages against benchmarks to ensure they are competitive globally. Benefits packages offered by our affiliates are in line with the benefits policy of the Group.
We firmly believe that every employee at Roche deserves an excellent Leader – someone who inspires and encourages teamwork. For this reason, we formulated the “Leadership Commitments” in 2012 based on the input of 1,500 senior managers. They set clear expectations for today and the future. The aim is to promote and emphasise the importance of good managers at Roche. We expect everyone to demonstrate these commitments every single day.
