The pay is decent but if you are competent you can make it somewhere else.

Managers have experience but it’s not quality experience. Owner don’t care about the dealership they just want to see it hit certain numbers. Not a single manager has any management skills. There are recon guys with better knowledge of the business then management here. 401k is .5% , all of December is blacked out for days off , you only have Christmas Day and thanksgiving day off. Vacation days are used for sick days (only 5 paid days off). Management has failures and creates new rules for everyone else because they can’t do their jobs. One of the worst dealerships I’ve seen.
