The people are some of the most motivated, driven, and eager people that I have met and worked with in the past few years. Management truly cares about their employees and listens when they have concerns. Work with great clients, and really value long lasting relationships vs just being in it for the placement fee.

I really can't think of any cons that are company specific. The only thing I can come up with is this area at night isn't my favorite of that in San Francisco.

Most recruiting companies emphasize hitting metrics and making money, which leads to: transactional business relationships, high employee turnover, stressful environments, individual over team-based approaches. Since the beginning, RockIT has built a system where long-term business and relationships are the top priority, whether with clients, candidates, or internal employees. Recruiters have lots of autonomy and flexibility to do their jobs, which means higher quality recruiting that generates incoming leads and referrals, making our job easier and more fun! RockIT is also one of the few recruiting agencies that understands that great recruiters are our product, so benefits and perks are a high priority! They must be working, because we have the lowest turnover I've ever seen in recruiting.

RockIT is also a start-up, so resources are limited. Sometimes there is a desire to do more, but we don't have the people/ time to make it happen. We are still figuring some things out along the way.
