Company is building mobile first social networking application so might excite some people. Life is relatively less relaxed and less challenging from skill point of view.

Life is relatively less relaxed and less challenging from skill point of view, so there is a risk of rusting. Still working on old technologies and processes. Doesn't offer much of the learning.

JAVA Based Work environment. Lots of thing to learn on Client/server architecture.

Small company lots of work to do.
