      Truly believe the experience at RCM is unmatched in the industry. The exposure to new technologies, senior leadership and best-in-class wealth advisory teams is unmatched. Coming from multiple years a large wirehouse environment previously, the culture and experience here is leaps and bounds over my time at our larger competitors. Ideas are listened to, implemented and acknowledged by leadership, and the opportunity at this point in time really knows no limits as we continue to grow.

      RCM is in a state of intense growth and will be for the next few years, which can definitely lead to challenges with work/life balance. This job is not for the person who wants to perform at the status quo from 9 to 5. To the majority of my colleagues this isn't an issue and is expected but I think some past employees didn't really understand the type of dedication it takes to build something like we're building here.

      Work from home flexibility Paycheck

      Just a horrible company to work for. I can't say many good things. Hostile working environment. There's tension on every call. Working conditions led to depressive state. I became unhealthy, I gained weight. Don't leave a job to come here. I've been gone a few years and I am so much happier and healthier to not have to work there anymore. Such a mistake to work there.
