      Great place to work! The people are incredibly nice and are willing to help you at any given time. Lots of experienced engineers and smart people. Interesting engineering problems at a large scale.

      Things move and change really fast sometimes. Priorities can shift a lot. Company grew in the last few year and there's definitely some pain where process isn't well defined. This isn't necessarily a big negative, also gives an opportunity for Rockerboxers that want to make things better.

      Excellent colleagues who are always eager to help and collaborate. The company remains remote-first, which is a breath of fresh air compared to many companies mandating hybrid or RTO. Lots of opportunities to take ownership, learn and make an impact. The culture rewards initiative and doesn't punish experimentation, which is exactly what you want to see at this stage.

      It would be great if teams could get together more often in person - currently we have offsites around once per year.

We are a fast-paced startup, but we're doing our best to make the right decisions to help each other be successful. During my tenure we've grown through some difficult times, ad it's been great to watch the team support each other as we grow.
