- really like the people I work with, and the culture that's forming ... nice to feel so connected; monthly events, regular all-hands, diversity council, etc. - a real focus on access to care, so I believe in the company mission/that we're really trying to help people - lots of autonomy - great health and dental plan

- usual start-up stuff, like less admin support

Positive mission. Founders and colleagues care about the mission to help people. Remote work.

Slim benefits/compensation offering, even for a startup. They have a tendency to exaggerate company's growth and successes, even for a startup (lots of cheerleading). Team members often need to take on additional job roles.
