As the new CEO, I can tell you we have an exciting new vision for the future, are committed to redefining the marketing landscape and are always looking for top talent who want to impact a team, a company and an industry.

I have been on board for 8 months as the CRO and we have faced some challenges. I will say that we have been working hard on all fronts to improve our "people processes" so that we are more transparent and inclusive. We have also doubled down on 4 big bets for FY16 to help drive more focus throughout the organization. Finally, we have enhanced our executional rigor! More work to be done, of course, but we have a solid foundation in place for the next phase of our journey
