The pay structure is very weird. You get 60% of your pay based upon your job, and 40% (or more) based upon goals that don't have anything to do with your job like book reports, attending public events, and team participation. When you get a pay raise, it doesn't go to your base pay, it goes to what you "might" get as an incentive. There are NO annual pay raises. The only way to get a pay raise is to get a certification which gets you a 1k raise. Management is never around either. They have meetings with each other all day.
