We appreciate your comments regarding reviews - we have also identified this as an area for improvement and have been working hard over the past few months to get a new system in place for the 2020 performance reviews (which will occur at the beginning of 2021). We have fully reworked this process, including the introduction of career matrices for our engineers and technicians, and we hope that in a couple of months' time when you receive your performance review, these improvements will meet the mark. 2020 has been a tough year for every company, but we're so proud of the major milestones we've managed to reach anyway.
