Corporate-level departments like HR and IT aren't always staffed appropriately. -Top-level management direction is, at times, ambiguous, due to fast-changing priorities that don't always get communicated. -Pay is fair for the region, but other industries often pay more for similar job titles. While not ideal from a paycheck standpoint, it does lead to working with a team that strongly values the company mission.
