Vantaggi

Good work experience, fun envirnmet, incentives............................

Svantaggi

I feel like Rocket Learning hypes them self’s up a bit too much in the initial hiring process by promising more hours than they are actually able to give you and room to grow…. The only people who do get moved up are their favorites and the people their favorites recommend. There is no recognition for hard work; the only recognition you get is by being compared to others on the team which makes it feel more like a competition than goal. I was often exceeding my calls per hour due to the fact that I was taking calls for other employees who were too busy chatting and gossiping in between calls. You get scrutinized for forgetting any little detail. They promise bonuses which I never ever saw. They are extremely unorganized and constantly change program details last minute so you basically have to do double work to call back parents to tell them “hey I lied this is how it really is” other than that its fun if you like a high school environment.

Vantaggi

I really enjoyed how flexible the company was with my schedule. If you could only work certain days then they were cool with it. If you wanted to work everyday they would make it happen. I would get more hours the better I did at enrolling.

Svantaggi

The emphasis on numbers made for a high turnover rate in Enrollment Aides. I do not feel that the bonuses that were offered were fair.
