This job is demanding, but it's as demanding as you want it to be. You can come in and do your 9-5 and that is fine. You can come in and go above and beyond and be rewarded. Management takes care of you and cares for your well-being. The job is flexible. Do you need to mentally recharge for a day? Sick? Vacation? Your friend is in town? Take the day off and as long as you do your work and do it well, there is never an issue. Management takes the time to help mould your path in the company, regular 1-1's, yearly reviews, and if you tell them what you want, they will help you get to that goal and aid you in anyway possible along the way. I have only had one day that I didn't want to be there and that's because someone drank all the coffee before I got into the office and I had to brew a new pot! I will never quit this job. The culture is amazing, everyone is family and everyone that gets hired becomes family. The pay is market comparable and you are regularly rewarded for hard work with raises and bonuses--work for what you want. As said before the growth opportunity is tremendous and it makes me so excited for the future of my career and the future of the company.
