Company is world-wide and many people work from home.

Svantaggi

It's easy to get lost in such a large corporation. Company is EBITDA driven, so they watch expenses very, very closely, sometimes to the detriment of sales.

Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.
