Fast pace isn’t for everyone and expectations are high. Processes continue to evolve as the company grows, so flexibility is required. Requires strong self-management and comfort with ambiguity at times.

I’ve been working here for over a decade, and the biggest positives are the amount you can learn and the way employees are treated. The owners are intelligent and hands on, and I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from them since the day I started. The company has experienced steady growth, which has created real opportunities, and there’s room for advancement for people who want it. Leadership is very fair to employees and makes a genuine effort to look out for employees best interests, all while running a successful business that is truly wonderful to be part of.

At this point in my career, I don’t have any noteworthy cons to share, my experience overall has been positive.
