Whilst it is always troubling to receive a review like this we do wish to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
Your time with us was incredibly short, it was a matter of weeks. That said, we have taken time to reflect upon your views and take learnings from them.
We recognise we made a mistake involving you in a pitch so early in your time here, and we could have handled it better. Sorry.
On your wider themes we do not feel we are a 'face fits' culture. We outperform all of our rivals on the retention of our staff, with a consistent retention ratio of 90%, we win multiple awards for our culture, all of which stem from anonymous company wide surveys, and the endless reviews on platforms like Glassdoor illustrate that your experience is most certainly not the norm.
Our staff contracts are very clear on terms, they are standard terms across almost all companies/industries. They are aimed to provide both you and us flexibility in the early days should one of us feel things are not working out.
