Vantaggi
A really dedicated team who are passionate about the work they do. You get to work with many amazing companies and there is excitement back in the company having made it through a tough time. Lots of opportunity as the company rebuilds and steadily hires great people. Sales continue to grow and most of the old management have left.
Svantaggi
Former staff who were fired or left to competitors now troll our Glassdoor. Work load balance could better across teams. People aren’t always held accountable.

Truly have nothing positive to share about RocketSpace.
Svantaggi
When I joined RocketSpace, I was so excited about the company's vision and saw huge potential for the company to make an impact. But due to the ineptitude of the leadership team and a completely toxic work environment, myself and many others were very mistaken about the company. I worked late nights and weekends at RocketSpace and went above and beyond my position and what was asked of me consistently for the betterment of my team, our clients, and the company. Two months ago, I walked into the office and was laid off with no explanation. I was then forced to clean out my desk and escorted out of the building like a criminal. Later I found out that the only people who had been laid off were those that one new person on the leadership team randomly decided because they weren't fully on board with his vision (which changed on a weekly basis, by the way). People who barely do their work were retained and promoted merely because they curry favor with him. What have I learned about RocketSpace? That it is not a company that values its people or the hard work they put into their jobs, its clients, or even its startups. Not surprising that plenty of people continue to resign even after 30% of the company was laid off. One last thing - the recent 'positive' reviews were clearly written by people on the executive team that did the firing in the first place. We all know who you are.
