Sinking ship - Recensione dipendente - OUTSIDE SALES presso Rockwell Automation

Company has fallen behind technologically and has made some poor investments in the last decade. Too much red tape, most of management focuses on creating new buzzwords and cookie-cutter sales playbooks instead of understanding what they're selling. Pay is below market. Everything that was awesome about the job got clawed back. It does not boast the safety of a stable job nor does it place its employees on the forefront of technology in industrial automation. Not too many career paths unless you want to move to cleveland or milwaukee for some obscure "channel" job or to be an underpaid engineer working on a product that's three years behind.
