Excellent work life balance and a perfect place for a casual "salesperson" that just wants to coast by with paperwork. Excellent job security especially for those more engineering focused than commercially focused.

Writing is on the wall that they are in a mature non growth environment and have been actively changing their compensation models to pay their salesforce less and less or to make it harder for you to achieve the same pay consistently year to year despite continuous high level sales performance. Way too many layers of management and "death by a thousand paper-cuts" which consumes the salesforce time and hinders growth. Very focused on promoting as many women as fast as possible regardless of qualifications.
