      People are nice and want to be helpful. Constantly challenged and always learning. RA supports and encourages growth/development (business and personal).

      Svantaggi

      Work life balance can be an issue if the individual does not manage themselves appropriately. RA will push to get more work out of individuals, but are open and understanding to work “burn-out”.

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
