      Rockwell has it's own strength in Controller and Industrial Automation. The culture cares of people, benefit in local is competitive.

      Reply on old technologies, even there are something new in skills, chances are all US based campus. It is not the only one, I think, still depressing for over-sea campus.

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
