      Work life balance and overall environment is positive.

      There's a definite agenda to bring in the lowest paid people to do the bare minimum of the job. Senior management seems to be intentionally ignorant of the situation. Progress occurs at glacial speeds and huge, recurring mistakes happen on a daily basis.

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
