nowadays, they like to keep people for about 5-7 years and then churn to new population at lower wages and reduced benefits.

Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

Svantaggi

Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
