No leaning, no ethics, no growth higher management i.e Sathya is good but other sub-ordinates are wasting RA money, by recruiting the peoples and make them to sit for 6 months to 1 year and to make them leave the company...it's simply waste of time to join Rockwell Automation...company website says most ethical company but there is no ethics especially in Bangalore BU.
