      Flexible working hours. Good branding in the products. Nice working envirnoment.

      Too focus on monthly numbers. Lack of development work done in the ground level.

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
