      A significant amount of work has gotten off-shored (-1 star to career opportunities) Company is undergoing a transition where it is learning how to work with large projects with hundreds of developers all contributing to the same project daily/weekly for long periods of time

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
