      The company has so many different products that it's really difficult to put one strategy over all subsidiaries. And the upper management doesn't seem to understand this.

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
