Executives demands constantly drive managers to focus on all the wrong things Pay is terrible. The compensation plan is convoluted and you don’t know how much you will be paid until the day before payday - unacceptable! Managers hyper-focus on the new shiny object each day. There is no consistency to build success. The sales team is re-organized every 2-4 years. It never works. The sales compensation plan has changed/cut every year for the past 4-5. Senior management is out of touch with what customers need/want from us. They insist upon trying to sell what is not wanted. No collaboration/input from employees is listened to.
