      Reasonable Working Hours, small and no crazy politics.

      Never-ending work not related to your job duties that keeps getting pile on by manager/owner while they come in late and putter about . They do not regard you or your work. Only they matter. Micro-aggressive and micro-managing. Very unprofessional and immature.

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
