      - Chill - No Work - Literally free money for no work

      - Devs go there to do tester's works. - No development features as most features are from 1945 and needs maintaince. - MONEY is a HUGE PROBLEM - As there is no work, there is no Money. If you want a chilly life join here. But if you want your package to be as per market standards, DO NOT JOIN. - Half the people joined in Pune campus in 2021 has left the organization for 2022. - Mandatory 3 years in a role to become eligible for promotion.

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
