I knew this wasn’t the place for me when I knew that if I were a machine builder or end user, I wouldn’t buy it. RA has become the “cable company” of the industry. 4 hour hold times for customer support where nobody really ever resolves your open issues. Being a sales person and seeing this level of service was disappointing. As a sales person, you have no autonomy to make real decisions. You are constantly telling customers, “I will check and get back to you.” Overall, If you are ambitious, with goals of having the ability to make decisions, this is not the company for you. Early career or ready for retirement, Go for it.
