      The experience level difference between fresher and just senior employee at RA bengaluru is more than 4 years when i joined in 2022. Some seniors seems to be pyscho, I personally felt sterotyped because of my gender in Micro800 team. They even irritated me by their GIT branch name. Thanks to god, I have moved on.

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
